Sushi Hot Roll
Ingredients:
Salmon strips
2 crab sticks
2 or 3 green chive leaves (optional)
cream cheese (optional)
½ nori
Preparation method for the roll:
Fill ½ nori leaf with the crab sticks, salmon strips, chive and cream cheese (if desired), and wrap it. There is no need to use a sudare for the wrapping; it can be done by hand. Use some water to keep the roll closed, using the cold tempura batter to wet it. Then roll it in pure flour and deep fry it. After frying, cut it into 8 pieces and serve with some Tare sauce.
