<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>Salmon strips</p>
<p>2 crab sticks</p>
<p>2 or 3 green chive leaves (optional)</p>
<p>cream cheese (optional)</p>
<p>½ nori</p>
<p><strong>Preparation method for the roll:</strong></p>
<p>Fill ½ nori leaf with the crab sticks, salmon strips, chive and cream cheese (if desired), and wrap it. There is no need to use a sudare for the wrapping; it can be done by hand. Use some water to keep the roll closed, using the cold tempura batter to wet it. Then roll it in pure flour and deep fry it. After frying, cut it into 8 pieces and serve with some Tare sauce.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>1 cup all-purpose flour<br />
4 tablespoons cornstarch<br />
1 tablespoon baking  powder<br />
2 cups cooked potatoes<br />
300 ml beer<br />
1 teaspoon salt<br />
Parsley  to taste<br />
Pepper sauce to taste<br />
Black pepper to taste<br />
2 cups crab  meat (siri)<br />
Salt to taste</p>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>Put all the dry ingredients and 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Mix with the  beer, and set aside.</p>
<p>In another bowl, mix potatoes, crab meat, pepper sauce, black pepper, parsley  and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly with your hands.</p>
<p>Shape the crab mixture into balls, coat with the beer batter and fry  immediately.</p>
